Subject: Peculiar Aquila Power Plant

Hello,

My name is Debbie Vincent and my husband and 2 small children live directly North of where the plant is being built less than a 1/4 mile away from it!  Our home would be one of the worst effected by this plant since we are so close, and it sits on the easement where they have upgraded the lines because of the power plant!

We are part of the stopaqulia.org group and will continue to fight this as it will negatively effect our property value and the health of our children.
Aquila has been lawless and unethical in this whole process doing what they want trying to push this through, as well as the city of Peculiar. 
Having NO regard for the law or the families this directly effects.

Please let the court decide whether this is legal for them to build or not.
