EFIS Email Notification Update
Effective September 9, 2026, after 5:30 p.m., all e-mail notifications generated by EFIS will be sent from a new e-mail account due to a system update.
New EFIS Notification Email Address: Missouri PSC — noreply@psc.mo.gov
(This is replacing: EFIS – efis@psc.mo.gov)
The content of the EFIS notifications will remain unchanged. The only changes affect the sender name and email address.
Please update your email settings to ensure that you continue receiving EFIS notifications without interruption. If your organization has email server rules, filters, allow lists, safe-sender settings, or other automated rules that reference efis@psc.mo.gov, please update them to the reference noreply@psc.mo.gov.
We recommend making these changes before September 9, 2026, to prevent EFIS notifications from being blocked, filtered, or routed incorrectly after the system update.
