She believes that there should be an extended moratorium on disconnects until vaccine is available and economy recovers. |

Covid-19 has put an enormous financial strain on families. Some of these families are unable to pay their utility bills due to circumstances beyond their control and should not be disconnected of services during these times. |

She believes Ameren disconnecting services at this time to be not only an economic issue but a moral issue. A disconnect during these times puts a tremendous burden on families already in need. Ms. Fawcett currently lives in NY she previously lived in St. Louis. |
