P202400359 | 2/22/2024 9:21 AM | As the Jefferson County Executive, I would like to express my support of Ameren Missouri's securitization efforts for its Rush Island Energy Center. Having looked at the issue and done my homework, I believe this is the right decision for the more than 200,000 residents of Jefferson County. |
P202400360 | 2/22/2024 10:05 AM | Official statement of support of Ameren Missouri's securitization efforts for the Rush Island Energy Center. With more than 200,000 residents in Jefferson County being affected by the closure of Rush Island it would have a substantial negative impact to the infrastructure and economy of the area. Securitization as Ameren Missouri proposes is the most prudent path forward given the circumstances. |

P202400698 | 4/18/2024 9:05 PM | I guess my biggest concern is why has Ameren Missouri avoided answering questions and concerns about what they were supposed to do for Rush Island? To date, they've ignored Federal Court Orders ruled by a Federal Judge. To date they are still violating the Clean Air Act and creating further more violations. The Honorable Judge Sippel said is best in a recent hearing that Ameren Missouri has failed to and have ignored is previous rulings. In addition they are violating the law. I'm trying to comprehend how the PSC can allow Ameren to secure utility bonds, when Ameren should be paying for this out of pocket and a Federal Court handed down a ruling regarding Rush Island. Ameren Missouri is seeking higher costs of rates from consumers. |
