I am a residential ratepayer in the Ozarks region. I am applying to intervene in this case because the proposed infrastructure rate adjustments (WSIRAs) are being driven by industrial 'Large-Load' expansion which is causing direct physical damage to my land (sinkholes and tree death) and depleting local groundwater levels in Dade/Cedar counties. I want to provide a consumer statement for Case WR-2026-0160. I want the OPC to argue that these infrastructure charges are being diverted from residential repairs to fund the high-capacity pipelines needed for data centers and power plant cooling. |
