Request for CSWR to take over operation of waste water plant has taken far too long! Communication with CSWR is HORRIBLE! Customer service reps answering the phone only seem to be able to offer an email address instead of answers. That's NOT customer service. The emails that I have submitted have gone unanswered. We are homeowners concerned with the discharge of raw sewage into the local creek as our system has not had an aerator for 6 months. We want answers as to how much longer this transition is going to take. Please call us. |
