information as additional evidence regarding my complaint against Liberty Utilities. For the current billing cycle, I received multiple duplicate copies of the same utility bills. Specifically: * Three identical copies of my bill for my property at 6406 W Farm Rd 94, all for $395.06 and the same account number. * Two identical copies of my bill for my property at 117 Ridgeview Dr, all for $150.04 and the same account number. In addition, in same envelope a utility bill that belongs to another customer, Richard Messner, for a completely different service address. This bill contains another customer’s name, address, account number, and billing information. This raises serious concerns regarding Liberty’s billing practices |
