P202300103 8/3/2022 8:24 AM I'm requesting you deny Ameren UE it's request to increase the monthly rate for electricity. Those of us who are on social security are on limited income and with the rising costs of living we cannot afford anymore increases on our electricity. We are already paying a heafty winter charge and a heafty summer charge. Again, we ask, please deny Ameren UE it's request.
P202300104 8/3/2022 10:49 AM I recently found out that Amren is seeking to increase electricity rates. During this period of inflation and economic downturn I believe an electricity rate increase will only lead to more financial stress for Missourians.(See Attached for full comment)
P202300106 8/3/2022 12:11 PM (JP) Ameren is out of control. They should be a public utility; they should not be making profit. They don't care about the increase because they don't have to pay for it; we do. I am going to get enough people to boycott Ameren and make people stop making their payments. I am a senior citizen on a fixed income and I can't take these high rates anymore.
P202300107 8/3/2022 3:14 PM (JE) Adam called wanting the PSC to not grant Ameren an increase in the FAC charge. Adam is on fixed income and the rate increases that Ameren already received are already too much. Adam stated that even though the FAC in a minor charge he wants the PSC to deny any increases in what Ameren charges
P202300108 8/3/2022 4:06 PM (co) Customer called stating she's very opposed. She believes in a little bit of an increase, but that's 150%. That's a lot for the average consumer to take on. Something needs to be done before we get into the hard of the winter.
P202300141 8/4/2022 9:10 AM (co) Customer called stating Ameren is wanting to raise rates again. In a 1 bedroom apartment. Bill is $168 already. Lives on a fixed income. Most extra fees, not use. Only company here, running monopoly. Please help us for seniors and old people that don't work. On one income. Will put some of us into homelessness. Live in senior housing, if get turned off one time you're out of here.
