| P202400742 | 5/28/2024 9:41 AM | "Ameren really needs to change their tree trimming policy to reflect the climate changes and changes we are having in our weather systems so that trimming and patrolling is done more often. There would be less outages during storms if areas were patrolled and trimmed more frequently. Also, the new on/off peak pricing where you have to do your chores at 9:00 P.M. to save on your electric bill isn't fair to consumers; especially elderly ones like me. |
