(co) A resident of St. Louis City is upset that the MPSC is allowing Spire to enter inside homes to permit inspection during a pandemic. She stated the MPSC needs an emergency strategy. The MPSC has had plenty of time to deal with this. This is hypocritical because the MPSC employees are not required to go into work. |

(DF)Mr. Katich is opposed to Spire being able to enter his home in order to inspect his gas meter during a pandemic. He believes gas meters should be installed on the outside of the residence. See attached full complaint. |
