Through his lifetime, he's managed to keep his heat on during the winter. It's not a matter of taking care of the public. It's corporate greed. It's very upsetting. He feels like his service is being threatened.

P202200357 11/10/2021 3:53 PM We received an email from Spire Missouri regarding our natural gas service. They refer to the STL Pipeline jeopardy to inform us of potential natural gas disruptions and outages. Where is Spire's Business Continuity Plan for addressing the possible disruption to this pipeline? Do they have any diversity for their natural gas supplies? Where is the backup plan for a catastrophic failure to this pipeline? Is creating fear to their customers by using this email their plan?
P202200360 11/15/2021 11:23 AM (DF)I'm reaching out because I received the email from Spire that implied that Spire would not be able to continue delivering natural gas to the St. Louis region due to regulatory issues with the STL pipeline. Based on the information that has come out since, it is evident that Spire is trying to protect their own profit and use scare tactics with their customers to put political pressure on the approval entities. This is appalling. See attached for entire P.C.

P202200362 11/15/2021 2:09 PM (DF)The St. Louis pipeline should not be shut down. This will affect many people who depend on gas to heat their homes during the cold winter months. They also depend on it to cook. Many of us do not have homes that are heated by electricity. This descision to shut the STL pipeline down will have grave consequences. Please think of the citizens who will be affected by this.

P202200384 11/22/2021 8:57 AM My home is heated with natural gas. My water is heated with natural gas. My kitchen stove functions with natural gas. If my natural gas is cancelled, disaster would happen to me and all of Spire's customers as my house and most of its contents would be destroyed. Also, I would be forced to take legal action against Spire as there is no alternative to provide heat. I also believe the PSC has allowed this to happen. (see attached PDF)
