The meter has not moved in the last 8 months, therefore, she's been billed for no usage. For this current billing statement they sent her an estimated bill using usage from last Dec. when she had heat on to do work. Had to contact co. multiple times to get them to obtain an actual read & provide a billing adjustment. She would like it notated that she does not think the company should be allowed to estimate like this, thus, putting the burden on the customer to get the issue corrected. She is concerned that this is happening to multiple others who don't pay attention to their bills and pay it w/o realizing. |
