P202200402 | 12/6/2021 4:18 PM | (co) Customer called stating most people effected are middle to low income families. They don't have money to insulate homes correctly. The energy loss between the house is going to be experienced by people less fortunate. People are going to have to work another hour. |
P202200409 | 12/10/2021 3:28 PM | (co) Customer called stating she's on a fixed income. She just got this month's bill for gas of $25.09, and they added PGA of $61.70. This is really unfair. They're doubling our bill when not using that much gas. This is ridiculous. What about old people not going to be able to pay their bill? |
P202200457 | 1/31/2022 1:54 PM | (co) Customer called stating many people are upset in Moberly, MO. They don't understand why. It's too much too quick. He's a homeowner and a father of 7 kids. He barely has enough money at the end of the month to scratch by. |
P202200468 | 2/8/2022 8:49 AM | (co) Customer called stating this is a lot. She lives alone. She may have to get rid of gas and go to electric. |
P202200536 | 4/7/2022 9:03 AM | (co) Customer called complaining about the surcharges for gas and electric. She's retired now. These take quite a bit out of her budget. She needs all of these extra surcharges off of here. She's being charged 2 and 3 different times for the same service. |
P202300424 | 9/7/2022 11:44 AM | (JP) Natural gas prices are going down so Ameren should not be allowed to keep raising their gas prices. I understand they're going to make a profit but they should have to take some loss. A lot of people are on fixed incomes and can't afford these prices. The PSC should do something to negotiate lower prices for customers. |
