Ameren should have to disclose who they donate money to politically and have that information easily accessible to the public. There should be regulation over their customer service standards, and it shouldn't take as long as it did for Ameren to fix their gas leak.

P202301472 2/1/2023 2:05 PM As a homeowner and tax paying citizen of Booneville who has no choice in who our utilities are, I feel it is outrageous for Ameren to pass the PGA onto their customers. Everyone can see that Ameren makes a profit each year. It is not unreasonable to suggest that the company absorbs these expenses instead. I feel it is the Commissions responsibility to end the PGA in the public's interest.
