I believe that the utility companies should not be allowed to be monopolies. I also believe that every time they claim they need more money from the consumer, there are a lot of ways they can recoup costs on their own instead of passing it on to the consumer. I sincerely hope you don't grant them another penny via an increase that the PSC has the power to stop." |
