Leaks of gas can be detrimental to our trees, which are valuable in reducing the heat accumulation during summer and in enriching our air with oxygen. The waste of gas adds to the cost burden for us customers. Good stewardship by the Commission requires that mapping should be done, to facilitate reduction of this cost burden. |
