| P202100639 | 3/24/2021 4:07 PM | (DF)Elm Hills knowingly removed the annual preventative maintenance services and labor for repairs from the tariff when they acquired Central Rivers passing these costs on to the homeowners with no change in the monthly rates. I do not agree with the change and am asking that both Elm Hills and the PSC rectify the situation by putting the language back into the tariff so that we are receiving the services that we were paying for in our monthly rate before the tariff change. |
