Second rate increase since they bought the sewage system from the City of Arnold & they told them there would be no increases right away. The first increase was within one year of buying the system. |

He does not believe it is fair to increase the minimum users by 44.3%, going from prior total rate of $60.24 to a new rate of $88.93. While the highest rate of uses get a decrease of 1.3%. It used to be a graduated scale & now it's a flat rate regardless of what you use. |
