Increases by the Sewer/Water Dept. are a slap in my face while I'm constantly getting flooded and experiencing foundation issues as a result. People have been sent out to "work" on the issue however, flags that have been placed are now torn up or gone because too much time has gone by with no follow up. When I ask I hear "a few weeks". A few weeks have come and gone and still nothing. Increase during pandemic is wrong. |
