I received a rate increase notice in the mail on April 13, 2022 with a virtual meeting scheduled for April 21, 2022. Is that enough notice? Is the information in the attached letter from the company accurate? The Code of State Regulations states; "After an EICF is established, the small utility shall file a subsequent rate request no later than five (5) years after the effective date of the EICF.
