The water shut off in the ground into each residence is not maintained, it's non existent. The water line themselves is several years old to his knowledge, he hasn't seen any replacement. It concerns him. He understands it's been awhile since the company had a rate increase, but to ask for 50% when maintenance is very limited is asking too much |
