"Customers should not be penalized for choosing to opt out of smart meters; they should not be allowed to charge more for that. I am sensitive to electromagnetic radiation. I already have sage 4 cancer and am dealing with enough radiation. I can feel the radiation. It is frustrating." |

"Ameren's archaic method of inhibiting custom is disproportionally hurting elderly and disabled customers and hurting the community who may not have the resources to drive to a pay station to make payments if they have been moved to cash-only status. It is a safety hazard for those who get their service shut off and cannot make it to a pay station. The policy of being cash only for an entire year after returned payments needs to be changed. |

"The $15.00 customer charge that is not related to the usage of either gas or electric is exorbitantness and unnecessary for a vital service. We are already being charged for investment, renewable energy, and fuel charges. This is a burden on a customer for vital services." |
