(What I should be getting charged) $4.68 DSIM charge. Charge me for energy efficient programs (makes no sense) What programs? $11.35 fac charge. Charge me for fuel used, so they don’t have to worry about budgeting how they use vehicles. $1.84 resram charge me to do their job of customer service and reading my meter off a computer screen from far away. $10.65 sutc winter storm charge, so they can make money from Missourians for a storm that was in Texas and Evergy .*See Attached |
