P202400741 | 5/23/2024 2:35 PM | "Customer's bills typically receives bills around the 20-21st of the month. He hadn't rcvd his bill by 5.20.24 so he contacted Spire and was told via e-mail that the bill was sent on May 1st and should be getting it any time. He just rcvd the bill in the mail on 5.22.24 but it was post-marked 5.13.24; not 5.1.24 as he was told with a due date of today, 5.23.24. He has been trying to access online acct but couldn't b/c he didn't have his new acct #. He was able to log online today w/ new acct# and it says the bill isn't due until 6.10.24. He paid the bill but would like to know what his billing cycle to be consistent again & more communication w/ customers." |
P202500335 | 8/19/2024 3:26 PM | "I have asked several times in the past few months for Liberty to trim the trees around my light poles/lines that come across the yard to my house. I was told Liberty does not do that. In my opinion, it is Liberty's job to keep the limbs out of the lines. We had a storm in May where the pole broke off at the ground & it took 4 days for Liberty to fix it. In July another limb fell & pinned a live wire to my roof & was removed by Liberty but was told it was my responsibility to remove the debris. I am 88 years old & on a fixed income and your rates are too high. I at least expect for the lines to be cleared and limbs to be disposed of by Liberty. |
P202500926 | 11/8/2024 8:14 AM | "This is regarding Liberty Utilities in the City of Ozark, MO. In 2021 the City of Ozark passed a Dark Sky Ordinance. It's my understanding that it is the only city in the state of Missouri that has this Dark Sky Ordinance. This was voted on by the people who live here, democratically. One can research what Dark Sky Cities across the USA look like once the local utilities collaborate with the city planners to achieve the goal of a Dark Sky town or city. I will not go into detail as to the motivation and reasons why people want this ordinance, as that is another long explanation..." *Please see attached for full comment. |
