P202100012 | 7/8/2020 6:21 PM | I am writing today in response to the Missouri Public Service Commission’s request for public comment in File No. AW-2020-0356. Immediate intervention to protect utility customers and ensure continued services is necessary to prevent far bigger, long-lasting issues. I am supporting the proposed action items originally proposed/quoted by Legal Services of Eastern Missouri in their letter to you on July 8, 2020:. |
P202100017 | 7/12/2020 3:44 PM | I believe that the utility companies affected should write off all uncollected payments so far as bad debt. I believe the finances of Missouri residents who have been unable to make their utility payments would be irreparably harmed if they were to be collected during this pandemic and economic uncertainty. |

P202100072 | 8/21/2020 11:17 AM | Please require that utilities not issue shut-offs until the pandemic is under control and the job market recovers. People who lost their jobs thru no fault of their own should not be further harmed by shutting off their utilities. It's bad enough in normal times. While I'm commenting, I strongly urge the government or corporations, as applicable, to set a low basic rate, and then higher rates for those who use more electricity, gas, water. We need to address poverty from every direction. |

P202100132 | 10/20/2020 10:38 AM | (cjk) Mr. Mershon was escalated to CXD to discuss a number of issues he is having with Ameren. One issue is that he thinks the Co. should stop disconnections during the pandemic, during moratorium Co. was good to customers, now they are rude and intimidating threatening shut-off. He wants the Commission to do more with Ameren, including stop all disconnections during the pandemic. |
