We recommend to make the attached changes to enable our organization to leverage advanced digital technologies for producing and distributing newsletters. The current limitation to physical mailings restricts the volume and type of information that can be shared with the excavating community. Transitioning to digital communications will not only expand the scope of information dissemination but also incorporate multimedia elements such as videos and other innovative training tools. We respectfully request that these proposed changes be taken into consideration. |
