P202500883 | 10/23/2024 11:40 PM | Very unhappy with the answer to the question as to how our electric bill for one month be over $600 and their records show a significant decrease in kilowatt usage. We asked is the meter could be an issue and were told there's nothing wrong with the meter and we spent a lot of money upgrading to the new smart meters and expect a lot of money in return. Seriously? This is an acceptable response? Yet you continue to allow them to increase the rates. I make $24 an hour and get paid every 2 weeks. That electric bill is half, HALF of my check amount. How do y'all expect people to live? Empire/Liberty doesn't deserve any other rate increase. I'm struggling to eat and they have robotic lawn mowers. Y'all need to fix this |
