Comments: Grain Belt Express LLC was granted a waiver from the requirement to file an annual report pursuant to 4 CSR 240-10.145 (now 20 CSR 4240-10.145) pursuant to the March 20, 2019 Report & Order on Remand in Case No. EA-2016-0358. The waiver is granted on page 53, paragraph 11 of the Order. Grain Belt Express acknowledges that it is required to promptly file with the Missouri Public Service Commission copies of each annual report filed with FERC. However, the FERC annual reports (i.e., FERC Form 1) will not be filed until the transmission line under development by Grain Belt Express is in operation.
