To increase residential local exchange rates to comply with the minimum $14.00 rate floor established in the FCC’s November 18, 2011 Order (rates for residential Emergency Service increase to $7.00), to raise business local exchange rates to $16.00, and to reduce monthly rates for MCA plans by 20%. Customers will be notified of these rate changes in April. See accompanying Affidavit and attachments. Effective Date: May 28, 2013.
