1 10/19/2016 Revise Tariff Liberty Utilities’ Winter Purchased Gas Adjustment (“PGA”) Filing for its four PGA service areas, which reflects changes in the PGA factors and the Actual Cost Adjustment (“ACA”) factors. The firm PGA rates will increase as follows: For WEMO,from $0.35433 per Ccf to $0.47388 per Ccf. For the Kirksville area, from $0.44263 per Ccf to $0.52618 per Ccf. For NEMO, from $0.40020 per Ccf to $.43433 per Ccf. For SEMO, from $0.24647 per Ccf to $.29399 per Ccf.
