In compliance with the November 18, 2011 FCC Report and Order, 26 FCC Rcd 17663, Verizon Access’s tariff reduces the Direct Connect, Tandem Connect - Without Tandem Switching, and Tandem Connect – With Tandem Switching terminating per-access-minute-of-use charges to set them at parity with its interstate rates in accordance with 47 CFR §51.911. The quality of service being provided to existing customers will not change.
