1 7/29/2013 Revise Tariff To implement the terms of SB142 which will become effective 7/28/13. The primary changes resulting from this legislation are a phase-out of the solar rebate and ownership of the Renewable Energy Credits (RECs) created during the initial ten (10) years of operation passing to Ameren Missouri upon payment of a solar rebate. Certain variances are being requested.
