XO is issuing these tariff changes in compliance with the Order of the Federal Communications Commission in WC Docket No. 18-156, In the Matter of 8YY Access Charge Reform, FCC 20-143, released October 9, 2020. The proposed rate changes appear in Switched Access Direct Connect and Tandem Connect Services, Switched Access IP Direct Connect and Tandem Connect Services, as well as VOIP-PSTN Traffic. These changes also correct references to XO’s FCC tariff and changes to footnotes.
