To reflect the Company's scheduled November Purchased Gas Adjustment (“PGA”). The Company’s underlying charge for natural gas for firm sales customers will increase to $0.47767 per therm. Compared to last November, the change in natural gas PGA rates provided herein will increase the average monthly natural gas bill of the typical residential customer for the upcoming year by $4.17 per month, or 6.0% compared to existing rates.
