1 9/24/2018 New Tariff Revised tariffs are being submitted to reflect a reduction in base rate revenue as the result of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017. The reduction in the annual revenue requirement represents the calculated revenue requirement utilized in current base rates using a federal corporate income tax rate of 35%, compared to a recalculated revenue requirement using 21%. It is the Company’s intention to work with all parties to this case, so that these tariffs may take effect in less than 30 days. Effective 10/24/2018
