The revised sheet references changes to the Territorial Agreement between Union Electric Company d/b/a Ameren Missouri and Consolidated Electric Cooperative. This is Addendum No.1 made to the Territorial Agreement since it was originally approved on or about April 25, 1997, and approved by the Missouri Public Service Commission ("Commission") by Report and Order issued on August 13, 1997, in Case No. EO-97-493,where Article 9 of the Territorial Agreement permits the Parties to agree on a case-by-case basis by addendum to the Territorial Agreement to allow a structure to receive service from one party though the structure is located in the electric service of the other.
