The revised sheet reflects changes to the Territorial Agreement between Union Electric Company d/b/a
Ameren Missouri and Co-Mo Electric Cooperative. This change is a result of the Second Amendment
to the Territorial Agreement, which was approved by the Missouri Public Service Commission (the
"Commission") by Report and Order issued on Oct. 30, 2024 (effective Nov. 9, 2024), Case No. EO-
2025-0092. Additionally, as required per the Commission's Oct. 30th Report and Order, Ameren
Missouri hereby submits the attached map and legal description of Ameren Missouri's territorial
boundaries per the Second Amendment to the Territorial Agreement.
