Their rates are way higher than Ozark Electric for example (we have verified that) and now you have authorized them to pass on even more cost to us, the consumer. No one is going to be able to afford their electric bills (some can’t currently) and there’s nothing we can do, we can’t shop around to save our families money, we are forced to use then.(see attached for full comment) |

He understands ratepayers having to foot part of the bill, but he thinks investors ought to be responsible for part of the costs as well. The additional costs should be shared, not all put on the ratepayers. |

Shouldn't they take that up with their insurance or eat that cost? So when my air conditioner goes put one of these days would it make sense to charge the state or liberty utilities a monthly fee until I recoup what I lost for the cost? Do you see how ridiculous that sounds. What a crock of shit. Shamefully ran company and bullshit that the state even approved that not to mention the monopoly price gouging liberty utilities is doing in the area. Please for the love of God look into and do something about this bullshit!" |
