Yet we see them driving around in brand new trucks, they're constantly building new buildings, and yet the power still goes off here frequently. If they can afford new trucks every year and new buildings, they're making too much money and don't need any more rate increases. |

An AMI meter has not been installed at the premise, so he would only have to pay the reoccurring charge each month. He claims it is too expensive. The PSC does not do much investigation, and favors the utility company. |
