As prescribed by the FCC in the USF/ICC Transformation Order, FCC 11-161 (WC Docket 10-90), switched terminating access rates are being reduced over a 7 year period. These reductions are being offset by recovery from the Access Recovery Charge (ARC) and the Connect America Fund (CAF). This submittal is a certififaction that AT&T Missouri is not double recoverying in changes made in previous tariff filing JI-2014-0466.
