EMM Critical Needs Program tariffs were originally filed in ER-2022-0129 (JE-2024-0047) on October 16, 2023, effective November 16, 2023, sheet numbers 2.35 and 2.36.
When EMM filed the MEEIA 4 tariffs in EO-2023-0369, it advertently assigned the Evergy Fast Track Program tariff sheet numbers 2.35 and 2.36, not realizing these sheet numbers had already been assigned to the Critical Needs Program tariffs. As a result, the Commission cancelled the original sheets 2.35 and 2.36, (JE-2025-0051) under the MEEIA docket effective January 1, 2025.
EMM is resubmitting the Critical Needs Program tariffs, sheet numbers 2.43 and 2.44 with an issue date of May 15, 2025, and an effective date of June 14, 2025.
